The hotel had stunning views of the caldera, which made for a picturesque Christmas experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay during the holiday season.
Getting to the hotel from the nearest bus stop was a bit inconvenient due to heavy traffic, making it difficult to travel by public transportation. Also, the breakfast buffet was a bit standard and could have had a wider variety of options.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning sunsets and a beautiful view of the Caldera. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the homemade lemon pie and the cherri tomatoes. We also loved the authentic cave style of the apartments, which added to the unique experience of our stay.
One downside was the difficulty of reaching the hotel by public transport, as the bus stop was a bit far and the traffic was hectic. If you don't have a car, it can be inconvenient.
